Growth opportunities are limited and performance are not assessed properly. People get too comfortable here which is hard for younger crowd to for see as a future. Below average salary in comparison to industry. Orthodox higher management. Common team level assessment so doesn't matter how hard you work or average you get what everyone gets it as a reward, no thrives.
