CSA treats employees very well, valuing a work/life balance. Almost no staff is pressured into working unpaid OT. Benefits are competitive, and there is room for growth if you demonstrate the correct skills. People are promoted based on current skill and potential, not seniority.

CSA is on the low end of the competitive pay scale, although still in the competitive range to be fair. This is to be expected in the agency business however.
