Vantaggi
Can be flexible at times. Company lunches, ok benefits and some really cool co-workers. Decent in-between job. Amount of PTO days were great.
Svantaggi
When using PTO, owner would run around asking where people were and make comments about them not wanting to work. Sales team members would talk down or yell to project coordinators publicly and were never disciplined or corrected for unprofessional behavior. Management would yell at each other and everyone could hear it through the conference room and offices. Leadership offered growth opportunities at interview and then once trained, they wouldn't let anyone move up from their current positions. Leadership seemed inexperienced and lacked consistency. Everyone was asked to accommodate fast paced growth, but they were cut off when they'd ask for the tools and support from owners because it costed money. I guess throwing more workers at tasks doesn't cost money. Managers were involved in low level tasks and they barely had time to answer questions or train because they were busy doing the same things we were. The institutional knowlege is so specialized that its hardly transferrable to another job.
