Real "Glass ceiling" culture, Lots of turnover. Workers are incredibly replaceable and there is a strong air of distrust in employees. The company also gives off a sinking ship syndrome. The coin machine industry is at odds with the current economy, yet the decision makers thought it wise to up prices 50% post-covid and during times of inflation. Poor service side of client retention. Most on-sites you go, customers are somewhat angry or belittling toward you personally, as the higher ups and service crews do not respond to communication and are avoidant, making you the only contact point for these angry customers.
