Toxic culture with high turnover of staff, the company/its managememt foes not care about its employees, they do not even have a proper HR department (only HR administration: preparing employment contacts, payroll etc..)

They called a glorified salesperson a manager and a glorified technician an engineer. Micromanaging, lack of integrity, management are not very well educated and lack of vision. Toxic culture rewards boss-pleasers. If you're better qualified than whoever already in there, they'll stall your work / keep the work to themselves to maintain their dominance. Payroll and IT have no idea what they're doing and couldn't care less. WHS officer will laugh at the WHS concerns you have reported.
