Vantaggi
It was a great place to work at first but slowly transitioned more into a top heavy company that forgot about the people who actually make it run, the Recruiters.
Svantaggi
At the end, there were many... Certain management staff, some who are now "part time" enjoyed pulling details and gossip from others and then back handed you if you were to speak poorly No raises, ever. You were laughed at if you asked for one because "you make commission" As mentioned, it got top heavy with upper management and they got the big salaries but people who work their tails off on the ground were left at the same 30-40K base. That doesn't pay the bills. You "have a flexible schedule" but were called out if you left at 5 after putting in a long or busy day. The upper management were nice but talk poorly and you're on the street. Think of Apex or Aerotek - if you want to work like they do, go ahead but don't forget the check list of 30 things you need to do before you can even get a candidate in the hands of the client. Clients... lack of control and the control that is there is a facade Should we mention at least the 5 people who have left the company in the last 6 months for better opportunities? Sure you can work remote - if you're higher level management. If you aren't forget about it - even if you've been there for years. Cheap overall. Its a lot of talk there but once you see past the face its very hard to un-see it. If you leave the company, be prepared to hear from others on how horrible of a person you are.
