-Good work life balance -Good colleagues -Great benefits (not 401k) but meals onsite covered, free lunch in the office, lots of company outings, happy hours, attend cool events, go to most new restaurant/bar/venue openings

-Weak SOPs, everyone does things their own way -The laptops they issue are terrible -They don't like when you try to move offices

Remote work and most people are friendly

Poor management and very chaotic at times
