I was their proposal manager and pulled together the company responses to get awarded wins via govt contracts. I did not stay long at this company due to the ethic problems they have and I would not play by these rules. For example, they ask their employees to do anything to obtain wins on contract submissions including over-inflating the number of employees they have (they ask you to double/triple count them) and do not have strong leadership in place. The CEO is VERY nice; however, his son is the lawyer and other "friends" are in management roles but do not have the skills for their positions to move the company forward. Additionally, once you accept a job, they add on items outside the scope immediately. My advise: SKIP working at this company unless ethics are not an issue with you and getting ahead since this family and friend owned business will gain you no upward movement in your career..
