Great, hard-working people work here. Most are individual contributors and some of management.

HR is a wrecking ball. The turn over is so high and HR's attitude is "let them leave, we will hire someone else at a lower rate". The problem is that the company is losing talent and the intellectual knowledge with talented employees. HR does not seem to care when employees go to them with concerns. HR looks out for the company and the bottom line, not the employee. Most employees do not trust HR - shouldn't that raise a red flag??? HR has single handedly destroyed the culture and the morale.
