Exhausting - Recensione dipendente - Team Lead presso CSL Plasma

It's an exhausting job. I used to get home and be too tired to cook, go out with friends or have the mental bandwidth for hobbies. It creates a terrible work/life balance. It's the kind of place that wants you to commit fully to the needs of the company. For example, they'll ask you to make sure you're clocking out on time everyday (fair enough) but then talk to you if you left on time during a busy moment. Management really enables a lot of the drama. Oh so much drama.
