If I didn't need to pay bills and rent, there isn't a single thing that would keep me here. Not a single pro I can think of.

- Company cuts hours to save money, meaning even if I am full-time, I hardly work and hardly make ends meet. - Inconsistent pay. I got told I was a "higher pay tier" upon hiring due to previous experience, but found out a fresh out of highschool coworker was hired at a higher tier. Turns out management just doesn't track our pay scales and makes random choices in hiring. - Horrible customers. Entitled, rude, horrible hygiene, constantly on drugs/drunk. - Constantly added responsibilities with no possibility to increase pay or get promoted.
