Always promising a better future but doing very little, if anything, in the present to actually make that become a reality. People catch on to lying and dishonesty quicker than you may think. Dishonesty from upper management: Constantly contradicting everything that the broader workforce sees as reality everyday. Are we paying vendors? – Upper Management says: “Yes”, reality is No! Are we financially stable? – Upper management says: “Yes”, reality is only when Rhone gives us more cash. Ethical and Moral issues everywhere: CSM has done large-scale damage to its customer and vendor base due to product cuts as a result of a terrible SAP launch, poor supply chain management and product recalls. Payments have been withheld from vendors and customers which then shifted the financial burden of CSM’s mistakes onto our customers and vendors. Cash which we were told is available was deliberately held back. You have to ask yourself how ethical this type of management practice is? How ethical are the people who are making these decisions? Hidden agendas galore – specifically at executive levels of Supply Chain and Finance.
