Good group o f people to work with seem to really care about their employees

Contract assignment ended after 2 years

Opportunites for advancement. Openness of Management to changes and ideas. Chance to start with a company near the ground floor. Extreme flexibility with hours and days. Excellent support for any self-run training.

No salary pay apparently available. No benefit package available. Lower pay than ideal, but still competitive. Some growing pains associated with things like clear job descriptions, etc.
