      Uniform was ok and hrs were ok

      Management did not have a clue. people working in one place for 10 hrs then driving to cover another for 12 hrs they didn't care as long as site was covered

      There were good talented people trying to cope with the inefficient and poor management.

      General environment is too stressful There is little care for their employees Management decisions is all over the place Employees have to put up with new procedures that are not communicated or properly discussed with the relevant teams resulting in a very inefficient place to work.
