      A word of STRONG caution before applying--CST hired me before busy season (dec) and "used " me. In the 3rd week of April they claimed I was not performing to their standards and put me on some kind of 3 month improvement plan. This firm has ZERO integrity. All my previous jobs I was told I am a stellar employee. They hired me at a premium price b/c they needed someone badly before busy season started , then once tax season was over tried to get rid of me to find someone cheaper. It doesn't matter I quit on my shortly after and got an awesome new job. Also you are not allowed to eat at your desk.

      Outdated systems and a lack of adequate tools create unnecessary challenges and inefficiencies in daily operations. Many tasks take longer than they should because employees must work around limitations that could be addressed with better technology and resources.
