      It is great company with great salary and people. Every one strives to further the company. Bonus is based off performance.

      I don't really have much bad to say about CSX. The company is ran very well and people are rewarded for going the extra mile.

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.
