CT Polymers has been my employment place for 4 years now. Just like any other growing company there are ebbs and flows. Overall, this is a great place to work. Family oriented, second opportunity employer, very understanding

People may complain about the pay; however, people do not look at how much time they are able to take off without penalty, or how much of the benefits are paid by the company to offset costs for the employee, etc.

Great place to learn about how not to manage and treat employees.

Management is very condescending and immature. They sell a great interview, but the reality is much different. They do not listen, care, or try to understand the employees. It is very obvious it is only about money. The high turn over is due to how poorly they treat employees. The only family they were about is their own.
