Stagnant working environment, very political

Staff is great, very knowledgeable and from all around the globe, very international work environment. Recruitment expereince excellent.

The Senior Management absolutely inhuman, lacks professionalism and leadership skills. Nowadays you need a support of the diplomatic missions to have better chances of being selected for the role after competing for the role (online video interview, written test and panel interview). Not cool for candidates with no connections to the governments and seems unfair and not transparent as this is not indicated on their employment page.
