Nice holiday schedule. Friendly work environment. Diverse technologies. Travel/Relocation opportunities (Optional). Management is willing to listen.

Changes in technology have an impact on business. Some outdated systems (Though there have been significant improvements over the past year or so). Vision benefits aren't the best.
