There is a dire need to both update and streamline written processes in order to optimize the service that we provide our customer. I believe that we have all the tools to make the operation better, but what we lack are both the initiative as an organization and the flexibility to make the changes necessary. There are challenges, but there are many simple solutions that could be implemented to rise to meet them.
