Vantaggi

I had a quick commute and I won the March Madness pool. Salary was ok, but they did have great benefits. Also had a good Cafeteria

Svantaggi

Where to begin? They have zero training. My second day on the job they had me using computer programs I've never seen before. That's fine, but don't get upset that I haven't mastered it by lunch. I worked there six months and still aren't 100% sure what they do. The office is terrible, 6ft high cubicles create a feeling of isolation. Everyone that works there is at least 50, so its impossible for a kid out of college to fit in. The job itself made me feel like a droid. Everyday was the same- enter the same data in a computer each day, and only get noticed if you screw up. Management is nonexistant. I admire what the company founder did, but he's dead now and his kids can't run a business. Just because your last name is Parsons doesn't mean you should be allowed to head a department. No performance reviews Weak Christmas bonus (admittedly i wasn't there that long so I was happy to get a $20 bill, but employees who have been there for 20 years should get at least $100) Promotions were based on who you were friends with rather than merit Day was 7:45am - 4:45pm. Live in constant fear of being laid off

Vantaggi

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Svantaggi

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
