Guards constantly walking up and down the isle watching you, checking your work station when you are on break, metal detectors, not allowed to have your own phone on you, constant standing in one position like cattle, no adjustments of tables for tall people, your back is on fire after an 8 hour shift. You can't even have a pen. Absolutely ridiculous to think that these kinds of conditions are conducive to eliminating turnover. Ever watch that movie "New Jack City?"
