Nepotism & bullying - Recensione dipendente - Repair Technician presso CTDI

Unfavourable treatment by managers, family members hiring other family members which led to trust issues in the teams combined with family members doing less work than regular staff. Recently this was made even worse by someone who hired their fiance and their sister so I couldn't take it anymore and left. Other issues such as certain staff members taking recreational drugs while on the job. All staff on site should be tested in this line of work. Could have been a good place to work but these factors ruin it for most which creates a high turn over. These same people also don't care for health and safety either which has led to incompetence and accidents.
