Unprofessional recruiting process - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso CTDI

I’m leaving a review due to the unprofessional interview process that I experienced. The job market has been difficult and after Covid and big tech lay offs, I was excited about this opportunity and was shocked to find that after 2 interviews and being spoken to as if I had the job, I was then ghosted completely. Recruiting is not easy but a main component of a successful recruiter is communicating with candidates and keeping them updated throughout the interview process which was not what I experienced. This exact scenario is why recruiters have a bad reputation.
