Terrible experience - Recensione dipendente - Sr Financial Analyst presso CTDI

Worst experience! Someone was assigned to train me and cancelled every time because they were too busy. I was told to go over to the other building and wait for the trainer and make sure I was trained. I did this for two weeks and still this person did not provide any training. I escalated to my manager and still nothing happened. Daily reporting is a joke. They make up the numbers in order to hit a target. Had to teach myself their systems and reporting and when I explained I wasn't trained and tried following prior reports that I found, I was told they didn't "want to hear excuses." A newly hired finance manager left after one month because they were so frustrated.
