Working at CTLGroup has been an incredibly rewarding experience. While the leadership team acknowledges there’s still work to do, it’s clear they are making strides in the right direction and driving positive change for the company. The culture strikes a great balance—it's both comfortable and pleasantly challenging, fostering personal and professional growth. I'm proud to be part of an organization that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Nothing worthy of note. Same challenges as any other organization that employs a diverse mix of people.

Knowledgable staff (non-management). Good IT support. Flexible hours.

Horrendous management who will throw you under the bus for either a) no logical reason (because logic is hard), or b) to save their own skin. Multiple very rude middle management employees. Emails go unread, you're lucky to get anyone to answer the phone, you're gaslit constantly, and if you need anything answered you'd have to hunt the individual down who will probably send you on a snipe hunt to find whomever it is you'd then need to speak with because they couldn't be bothered.
