7yHello, I’m disappointed to read your review although I appreciate the time taken to provide feedback. As a fast-growing company that is now private equity backed, we have made a number of changes to prepare for future growth over the last 12 months. I admit that we don’t always get it right, but I do believe that we always strive to make decisions that are in the interests of our staff. I am concerned that you say CTS does not care. We have recently introduced a number of new employee benefits and initiatives to improve communication and gather feedback, but perhaps we should look to introduce satisfaction measures to ensure we’re making positive changes across the business. This is something we will look into. Finally, there are a couple of points within your review that I wish to address. Firstly, I want to be clear that we do not restrict the ability to attend medical appointments, and secondly, expenses are paid in line with our company policy.
