Most of the employees are willing to help others in need. There is good music playing in the work place.

The CEO is an immature, unpatriotic narcissist. He doesn't allow the employees to have the day off on Veterans Day. Instead, they are required to spend all day in a hotel auditorium listening to him tell of how great he is running the company. Then he tries to be a comedian by telling childish jokes involving flatulence and toilet humor.
