Dear “Bad payout,” Thank you for your review. We’re sorry you have such a negative outlook on the company and the management where you worked. We have several dual programs throughout the U.S. Therefore we don’t know if you were a CFS employee or an employee of the financial institution. Without any details from you, it’s hard to address your feedback. For financial advisor compensation within the dual programs, each financial institution sets their own compensation payout grid while adhering to compliance regulations. In our managed programs at CFS, we believe our total compensation package is very fair. In fact, we review it annually to ensure competitiveness within each market. When financial advisors are hired, they have a full and transparent understanding of their compensation and have the ability to achieve success through their own efforts.
