Mr. Lipinski is a hard hitting, great leader, who strives to make the company profitable. He is sometimes, blind or self-ignorant to issues that exist in his leadership team and senior management.

There are some areas where senior management is lacking in experience leading a $8Billion company. Many have been promoted with little to no management experience which causes issues when growth occurs or areas of responsibility become more complex. There are some execs who are extremely bad leaders and tend to be kept in place to keep from causing rifts or showing issues. Employees are encouraged to leave rather than trying to correct issues with leadership.
