Svantaggi
The management culture here has a clear, unspoken hierarchy: individual contributors do the work, managers present it in leadership meetings as their own, and then the managers get promoted. The ICs get "Meets Expectations." This isn't a one-off dynamic, it's structural. It repeats across teams, across levels, across review cycles. Senior managers and EDs have mastered the art of being visible without being useful. VPs remain insulated from reality by a layer of people whose primary skill is managing up. If you come here expecting your output to speak for itself, you will be quietly disappointed by a system designed to extract your best work and redistribute the credit upward. The people doing the least will be in the rooms that matter. You will not. The technology stack is genuinely strong, and that's what will make it easy to leave, which most sharp people eventually do.
