1. Only 1-2 members of staff per shift. 2. Training is done through online courses that you do on a tablet while checking people out at register and if you dont keep touching the tablet it goes to sleep and you have to relogin and restart the course each time. 3. Youre told not to be behind the counter when checking people out that you must swing your screen around and check them out from the front. But if they require change you then have to walk around anyway and get the change. 4. They want you to ask every customer if they have the rewards card and if they dont you are suppose to push then to self serve where you still have to check them out while they are complaining. 5. Schedule is up and down meaning if youre a FT 40hr a week associate you still may only get 20hrs due to the store not having enough hours to employ everyone they have properly. Also you will be schedule a morning shift then a night and a morning and then a night again back to back which does jot allow you to sleep much maybe 4-5hrs a day. 6. And do not count on HR doing anything to help with any issues because the way they resolve stuff is by calling your direct boss and doing a three way call thus you are then targeted the next day. What a joke of a company. Cant wait till they shut down.
