No pros, the working conditions are awful. It is ok just if it is your first job and you must start somewhere. No one from manangment listens your concerns. You work almost every day after hours.

You work almost every day after hours. The fact that is based in Irvine California is a lie. It is just a small office with 20-30 employes based in Bucharest. They hire students for free to make money on them under the "Internship" pretext. They don't care about your career. You are not listened in the company. The managment is awful, they don't care about the team and staff. Every month, the salary is delayed min 2 weeks. If you have a rent, you don't have any chance in this company. The salaries range for seniors are under the half of the salaries market. The managment team have fancy cars and houses and most of the team members are fighting regular expenses. They work with a lot of team members without contract to not be exposed to IRS (FISC).\ If you want to have no respect, go and work here.
