      - US-based leadership - Lack of communication from leadership - 2 main original leaders Rajesh and Anish ave left the company - Dont have budget for Increment, I personally have received 0 increaments for 2 consecutive years now, due to which I am leaving. - They charge 4x for you consultation from clients like Amazon etc and give you less then 1x. - Team leads part from 1 or 2 people are highly incompetent and are also leaving
