This company is in a constant reactive state as opposed to the ideal proactive planning state one might assume a 30yr organization would be in. Programs are thoroughly understaffed and staff underpaid. Job descriptions are not respected and expected responsibilities are in constant flux and unclear. Employees are made to feel disposable and are not offered any structured performance review for growth opportunities. Employees are expected to work long hours/weeks and front personal money for company expenses. Transparency and communication around process, staff and program changes practically do not exist.
