      Higher management have no experience in cybersecurity so forget CTI. (In fact doesn't even understand basic IT system) None work-life balance. It is more like cyber sec people on customer support. Extreme top-notch politics at the highest level. The solution/service are just phoney. Open-source tools do much better jobs. Start-up culture is just unprofessional to an unacceptable level. Absolute no go for people starting their career. Nothing to learn technically. You will just learn bad behavioural skills. Won't recommend to experienced folks either You will argue with leadership everyday on very mandane stuff.
