      Mismanaged organization, leadership hierarchy is comprised of owners friends and other yes men, including his second wife. Cronyism is rampant within the company, I was promised a promotion for 2 years of steadily increasing sales, which now account for over fifty percent of the total business conducted by the company, yet somehow the position was gifted to the owner's daughter who regularly fails to meet the most basic sales targets.

      I was a proud member of the CaTECH team for more than 4 years. It was a pleasure working for a company with such a rich culture and driven management team. Hard work is recognized, communication was more or less never an issue and professional development was encouraged heavily. It was fun while it lasted.

      This is a team-based company where collaboration is key. Team building exercises are always a blast. There’s also a lot to look forward to in the summer months. It’s not hard to fit in with the culture. Contribute and pull your weight. That’s it. You’d be surprised by the number of people who think they can get away with just about anything around here.

      Management needs to crack down on the people who clearly aren’t doing their job to the best of their ability. We all know who they are.
