Product over people - Recensione dipendente - Process Technician presso Cabot

Management put product over people only until something goes wrong. Most of Cabots values are only paid lip service. Management had no respect for manufacturing workers. SOP's are written by rhe operators. Never seen this at any other places ive worked.
