Didn't give me full training, so was left in the dark most of the time

Best thing about this job was always the kids and being able to help them. It's very fulfilling and fast-paced which suits those looking for a very engaging role.

Frustration at SLT at times for not listening to our concerns and makind decisions without consulting House staff. Quite an emotionally draining role. You deal with a lot of challenging behaviour from students and parents.
