      It's great technology, the semiconductor market is and will be on the rise, Cadence will just benefit from it; it's mostly a duopoly with Synopsys, money and benefits are ok(ish)

      bad corporate politics all around, lots of backstabbing, too many all timers blocking changes just to protect their turf

      Good parking lot, nice people, free tap water.

      CEO likes for work on weekends, so as a result all leadership works weekends. CEO and CFO seem to be obsessed with ES&G and as a result odd decisions are made with respect to hiring and retention.
