1. If you want to live a life, don't join this company ! 2. Sometimes you are asked to work for 16+ hours a day and without any added compensation. 3. HR is present only for name sake. Helpless in assisting any of your problems. 4. No freedom of expression. You are asked to obey the deadlines without understanding if it is possible or not. 5. The management is so arrogant and foolish, that they assume that you will come and work in weekends. 6. Salary is poorest in its class. Rival companies offer better compensation. 7. Engineers are treated in same way as diploma graduates sometimes worse than them. 8. No healthy relationship between managers and employees. 9. If you raise your voice about anything related to workload or salary, you will be treated hostile and more workload!
