Management is hands-off unless there is a need; expect us to behave professionally - ask for help if we need it; seek it out on our own, be resourceful. I like that. Leadership is top-notch, in the executive team. I very much appreciate Li Bu Tan, our CEO, and his vision and leadership towards execution and setting and achieving realistic goals.
