I joined Cadence in September 2022 as Principal Software Enginner and it is all happy and good vibes till date. I find myself in a place where I work and my ideas/feedbacks are taken properly by upper management. Cadence provides an excellent work life balance. Being a father of a new born baby and having joined this organization recently, I can surely confirm that it does provide perfect work life balance. I also see people around me have sense of satisfaction and they look and sound satisfy with the job and profile.
