1. Managers don't care about you and your growth and only thing they worry about to show upper management that they are doing all the work .They never give you credit for your work . 2. Mangers have too much power.Your hike and performance all in their hands. HRpeople only listen to them 3. If you are not software developer then don't even think about to join this place . Work and salary hike is very pathetic for validation people.
