Management incompetent, dismissive, and downright mean. My supervisor and his supervisor was a micromanager, downplayed any accomplishments to "luck" or "being on par", no matter how well you did. Only came to teammates for anything if there was a complaint, never anything positive. Extremely toxic environment to work in.
