No work life balance at all

The benefits are good but the deduction from your pay is high.

Management too proud to admit fault. Management always looking for an angle to benefit them over their employees. Management get upset over poor "anonymous" reviews of them selves when they deserve it. Working there is mentally taxing with immature superiors. Work life balance non existant No room for growth and poor salary.
