literally everything else. I do NOT recommend this employer. This is the single worst company I have ever worked for. They do not value their employees one bit. Corporate flies around on their private jet, while employees on location at mall they own barely make a livable wage. I am the assistant marketing director, I work almost 30 hours per week doing everything from managing all social media pages to taking care of balancing the marketing budgets. This position is one that requires some education, and yet, I still am paid MINIMUM WAGE, and have been told by several company representatives that I am "ineligible" for a raise (which I was told would be coming at my interview). Every person in my office also hates this company, and resents the corporate office for how they treat their employees. Every time I call corporate I am shuffled around and fall on deaf ears. If they would like good, quality employees who don't quit every six months, they are going to need to pay them a competitive wage.
