Volatile Manager - Recensione dipendente - Food Service Worker presso Cafe Services

Extremely Rude Manager who would use her 2 employees against each other and she would talk about them behind their backs. She would bring her home life into work and take it out on her employees. She was crazy and all over the place like a crazy scatter brain who would make employees feel anxious and she would also be very mean and condescending to the employers of the account she managed. She would tell her employees one thing but change her mind several times almost like it was on purpose just to see us fail so she could feel like the smart one. After she became volatile and screamed and swore at me, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable so I had to leave. Unfortunately the upper management did nothing because she has been employed with them for 30 years. I hope she learns a lesson because she won't find a harder worker than me. And I hope karma comes to bite her.
