Great vibe amongst the staff and occasional staff outing provides excellent energy in the workplace. Staff meal is provided which is quite enjoyable and the uniform as well as the cafe interior is very attractive. Very flexible when it comes to rostering. Hygienic kitchen and well maintained shops in general. No reuse of left-over food.

Your shifts aren't guaranteed. That means, you may be asked to leave early than your roster if it isn't so busy. On that note, mostly, the cafe in under-staffed thus you are entitled to a lot of stress and tasks throughout the shift. You may also be asked to work extended hours if the business gets unexpectedly busy. No breaks are given no matter how long your shifts are and no weekend or holiday loadings. General, very low hourly pay rate compared to the amount of labour
