We get good coffee beans on a regular basis. On the whole, we have nice customers. Management is friendly and is lenient toward employees unless they show no improvement over a reasonable amount of time. There are lots of other employees, so you can have a flexible schedule and someone will be able to cover for you. Other employees are nice.

There was not much coffee training. It was hard to communicate changes between different locations. No tips. Some workers forge HACCP logs, and others don't know how to check them properly. Many employees date the customers and make it very awkward.
